The Community Habilitation and In Home Supports program provides dedicated and loyal staff that builds strong bonds and relationships with those experiencing challenges in the home and community.
Community Supports
Our wide-range of community-based activities are available to individuals residing with other provider agencies in community homes as well as those who are in life-sharing arrangements, living independently
or in their family’s home. The supports help individuals to become more connected to the community and enhance their quality of life.
Community Participation Supports
CPS is a program that provides an array of support to adults with intellectual disabilities as well as assisting them with directing and developing individualized plans of support in conjunction with their families, teachers, significant others, community members, or whomever the individual identifies with. Participants are allotted the opportunity to experience and create to their liking the development of Health Wellness, and Leisure and Cultural interests; with the implementation of yoga, walking, museums, musical theater, cooking classes and much more.
In-home Supports
With these staff, individuals can continue to live life on their own terms. Open arms Group provides lifetime empowerment while giving love and support, and ensuring empathetic regard for personal choice and self-determination.
